I still remember the first time CBN Indonesia aired Solusi on television. It was April 1999. The call center for the program was already set up, and the counselors were on standby for the first ever phone call. When the phone number was put on the screen, within seconds the phone was already ringing. It was a busy night for the counselors. People who were sick, those who were looking to repent, and people who were looking for a new hope, all came to us. We decided to increase our phone lines and number of counselors, CBN had to bring 30 phone lines in order to be able to properly serve the busy phone traffics of our various TV programs.” – Marc McClendon, Regional Director of CBN Southeast Asia/South Korea
